Primary Care

We provide preventive care and treatment for acute illnesses as well as long-term care for chronic conditions such as asthma, high blood pressure and diabetes. We are a full scope family medicine oriented organization that cares for the needs of the very young, women, and the elderly populations. If a patient requires more extensive care from medical specialists, we work in coordination with the various specialties by the way of referrals. Everyone needs a “gate-keeper” or a PCP (primary care provider), and we are here to serve.
